We believe in offering great support is the best way we can show that we care. Therefore, our support is available for all of our customers 24 hours a day every day, all year around. We want to be there when you need us the most.

Creating a website can be a learning experience with a lot of new terms, new methods and technology. The options available and the time you can spend on your website can be endless. But when you are ready to learn, it can be a lot of fun!

The best part of working in support is by far when we get to help a customer understand and learn to do things themselves. The sheer joy and boost in confidence when they realize that they can do it, always makes us happy.

Room for differences

Customers have different backgrounds. Some are technical and only need a little guidance and others have little technical background and need more detailed descriptions. We have room for everybody and if you need things explained differently or need more guidance, just let us know, and we will do our best to adjust. Our goal is to get our customers to where they need to go.

To make issues easy to solve for everyone regardless of their technical background, we are also constantly developing our help centre with lots of detailed step-by-step guides. Let us know if something is missing and we will do our best to make it happen!

What support do we offer?

Our support teams consist of technical and administrative supporters, technical specialists, customer care specialists and administrative specialists. Together, we try to take care of even the most complicated issues that can occur. In general, we aim to help you with all the issues you might have when using the tools we have developed and our web hosting. We even try to go above and beyond helping our customers with third party tools, if it is realistically possible.

Sometimes we are asked why we do not offer phone support. It comes down to one thing: Technical instructions are hard to do on the phone, especially if code or links are involved, which is often the case. We prefer to help you exactly where the help is needed: on the website.

On chat, we can solve by far the most incoming requests, and in case it’s not possible to resolve the issue immediately, we will create an email thread, and your issue will be assigned to a specialist who will be able to research your case thoroughly. A quick reply might not always be needed, but is always appreciated, which is why we strive to answer all emails within 24 hours. No matter what day it is.
